The people here are amazing! I had searched several supermarkets for shiitake tea and spontaneously decided to ask for help here. Three ladies called many supermarkets in parallel, until they found a chain which supposedly had it in stock. They then insisted on checking whether that was true and narrowed it down to one place in Tokyo (Kaldi Ikebukuro). They then gave me a tip on how best to get there and didn’t ask for anything in return. I highly recommend this place and am very grateful!!

I had a 1-1 tour around Shibuya with Kana today and it was amazing! She was super sweet and telling me stories about different spots we went too, it is my first time in Tokyo so now I definitely know where to go next time I am here. The tour itself was really fun and enjoyed all the places we went too and she also took really nice photos of me! As a solo traveler I loved that so much and cannot wait to receive the photos, thank you Kana 🤍 from Amsterdam

    Thousand Arigato !
Yesterday the ‘wander compass’ team saved my trip in Japan! I lost my JR pass in the tube... I was lucky enough to ask help at ‘Wander Compass’ office in Shibuya station and found there an amazing team! With a lot of kindness and patiente they found my pass back! Thanks so much to all the team and especially Kana.
    Definitely recommend !

Such a nice place! The guides are fluent in English, informative and so kind (I was fortunate to talk to Chihiro but all of them are very good guides).
They gave me great recommendations for restaurants around and were so helpful!
Also, they let me charge my phone and take some rest in their place.
They can make your visit in Tokyo better, I wish they had more branches around!

During my trip in Tokyo, I needed to find a solution ti recharge my Suica card in credit card because I didn't have cash anymoreand it wasn't possible to recharge with in credit card anywhere.
Fortunately, I met Chihiro and Hiro at the WanderCompass office. It's the first time of my japan's trip I've been helped like that. They have been both very kind and they really listened my problem and tried everything to resolve it.
Thanks to them I found the places to buy another suica card in credit card and to buy three days subway ticket in credit card. I work myself in a tourist office as a councellor so I know the value of the service I received. Thank you so much to WanderCompass, without your office, I wouldn't lived a so good journey in Tokyo.
